The Blue Orange Solutions builds and supports benefits administration platforms for brokers and employers: Employee Navigator and PlatPro Enterprise, configured to the group, branded to the company, and connected to the carriers and payroll behind it.
We also work directly with carriers on testing and expanding integrations, which is how the connected list keeps growing. The aim has not changed since the company started: fewer manual, redundant entries for groups of every size, and benefits software a normal HR team can actually run.
