Experience supporting brokers, enrollments or benefits platforms. You will work directly with broker partners and employer groups to scope what a platform build needs to do.
Background with data mapping, carrier files, payroll or API workflows. You will build and test the connections that move enrollment data between the platform, carriers and payroll providers.
Strong communication skills with experience supporting enterprise or insurance-based clients. You will own relationships through implementation, training and every open enrollment after it.
