Set a managable timeline for the project
Gather the plan information for their benefits, including guidelines for cost, timing and standards
Get a Census from the client to load all of their existing coverages and team members
Blue Orange will build the case and then test it’s working parts
We will review the new build with you and the client and then train you on using it
We will follow up on any additional training you want and work as new employees join and the next open enrollment occurs.
Additionally, we may make carrier feeds and connections to payroll, COBRA, insurance carriers
